Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute assessment. You leave with a diagnosis in plain English, a written plan, and the first exercises already on your phone.
How it works

What we treat

Sports injuries, recovery after surgery, and the everyday pain that has stopped you doing something. Assessment first, then treatment and a plan.

See fees and insurance
Sports injury

Sprains, strains, tendon pain and the injuries that keep coming back. We find the cause, treat it, and get you back to your sport with a plan for staying there.

Post-surgery rehab

Knee, hip, shoulder and spinal surgery. We work from your surgeon’s protocol, start as early as your discharge letter allows, and report back at each stage.

Manual therapy

Hands-on treatment for stiff joints and tight muscles, used where it helps and always alongside exercises you can do at home.

Rachel Ennis
ACL reconstruction
“Nine months from surgery to my first full match. The programme changed every week and I always knew why. I never felt rushed and never felt held back.”

Sam Okonkwo
Hamstring strain
“Third time I had pulled it. First time anyone looked at how I ran instead of just where it hurt. Four sessions and a plan, and it has not gone since.”

Meera Pillai
Knee replacement
“They started the week I came home from hospital. Every exercise was on my phone as a video, so I never had to guess what my physio meant.”

Dominic Frey
Shoulder impingement
“The scan said nothing was wrong and I still could not lift my arm. One assessment explained it. Six weeks later I was back on the climbing wall.”

Ana Ferreira
Lower back pain
“I expected to be told to rest. Instead I got told to move, shown exactly how, and discharged after five sessions. Insurance was sorted without me chasing.”

Frequently
asked questions

What people ask before a first appointment.
No. You can book directly. If you are claiming on private health insurance, some policies ask for a GP referral first, so check yours before the first session.
Usually, yes. We are recognised by the major private health insurers and bill most of them directly. Bring your policy number and authorisation code, and we will confirm cover before you are treated.
Forty-five minutes with one clinician. We take a history, test how you move, explain what we think is going on, and agree a plan. Most people have treatment in that first session too.
Something you can move in. Shorts for knees and hips, a vest or loose top for shoulders and necks. There is a changing room if you are coming from work.
It depends on the injury, but our average is just over five from assessment to discharge. Your clinician will give you an estimate at the first session and update it as you progress.
Yes. Bring your discharge letter or your surgeon’s protocol and we will start as early as it allows. We send a short progress note back to your surgeon at each stage if you would like us to.
